Refund policy

At Lekker Boersoap, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are handmade and hygiene-related (soaps, balms and detergents), we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

We will, however, gladly assist if:

  • The wrong item was delivered,
  • Your order arrived damaged, or
  • There’s a defect in the product.

How to request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lekkerboersoap.co.za
  • Provide your order number, photo and description of the issue.
  • If approved, we’ll arrange collection and either replace the product or refund you.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
