Shipping policy

We use trusted courier partners via Bob Go to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – R100 flat rate. Free for orders over R650. (2–3 business days)
• Express Shipping – R170 flat rate. (1–2 business days)

Handling time:

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment clears.
• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected.

Delivery areas:

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
• Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally yet (watch this space 👀).

Additional info:

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.
• Rural/outlying areas may take a little longer (3–5 days).
• If your parcel arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours so we can sort it out lekker quickly.
